Patient Care Philosophy
“I strive for not just improvement in a patient’s symptoms, but ideally for resolution of symptoms, and one essential ingredient in obtaining symptom resolution is in first forming an alliance with the patient, so that the patient feels as if s/he is in the driver’s seat when it comes to making treatment decisions. My role is to provide information and guidance.’”
