Overview
Lauren Milburn (she/they) is a board certified dance/movement therapist and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapist, providing body-based meaning making practices informed by affective neuroscience to co-create, nurture, and integrate experiential processes of transformation. Lauren’s warm, relational approach is grounded in harm reduction, pleasure activism, and disability justice principles. Lauren specialized in identity-affirming care for survivors of trauma, individuals living in chronic illness/pain, as well as those who are investigating questions along the heartlines of compassion, belonging, and liberation.
