Overview
Robyn Callahan is a compassionate psychotherapist and research-informed psycho-educator. She helps patients attain a sense of well-being, improve quality of life, and make meaningful life changes by blending Western psychology and neuroscience, with Eastern practices. Robyn believes that the therapeutic process is organic, dynamic, and collaborative. Her areas of expertise include depression, grief and loss, challenging life transitions, neurological disorders, and mindfulness-based stress reduction. In addition to her clinical practice, Robyn has Clinical and Academic Appointments at the University of Washington, School of Social Work.
