Valued patients –
We are continuing to work diligently to ensure that SeattleNTC remains a safe place for both you and our staff. As public health recommendations continue to evolve, we have made some changes to our policies and procedures:
All our clinic’s lobbies, treatment rooms, and offices are now equipped with air purifiers.
Staff will be required to wear an N95, KN95, or KF94 mask while in clinic. Our staff is also required to be fully vaccinated, including the booster shot if they are eligible.
Patient will be required to wear a standard (disposable) surgical/medical mask, N95, KN95, or KF94 mask while in our clinics. We encourage patients to bring their own surgical mask from home. We will make every effort to supply a standard surgical mask for patients if they need them.
Patients who are sick or are experiencing symptoms, even if they have tested negative for COVID-19, cannot come into the clinic until their symptoms have resolved. We ask that patients please reach out to us for further instructions regarding when it is okay for them to return to the clinic.
If patients have a high-risk exposure to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 they cannot come into the clinic. We ask that patients please reach out to us for further instructions regarding when it is okay for them to return to the clinic.
If you have any questions at all or are uncertain about whether or not it is okay for you to come into the clinic, please give us a call.
We appreciate your continued assistance and understanding.
